The Hartley City Council unanimously approved Resolution No. 2024-40 at its Dec. 30 special meeting, granting a $1.00-per-hour wage increase to Isaac Molendorp after his completion of Iowa DNR Drinking Water Distribution 1 Operator certification. Councilmember Greg Cotter moved the resolution; Mary Westphalen seconded and the roll-call vote was 5-0.
