On Aug. 26 the Hartley City Council approved a CAT Grant Amendment to extend the grant completion date to Dec. 31, 2024. Council member Nick Galm moved the amendment; Mary Westphalen seconded the motion and the roll call was recorded as 4-0 in favor.
