Representatives from the iDOT presented the final Transportation Enhancement and Planning (TEAP) Study to the Hartley City Council on Nov. 12. Bethany Waltersdorf and Sarah Tracy delivered the presentation and notified the council that copies of the presentation and the full study are available for review at City Hall.
