A remote presenter for the Best Youth Initiative summarized a multi‑agency discovery effort focused on chronic absenteeism and attendance. The presenter said the Indiana team conducted a landscape analysis (September–October), site visits and interviews with youth and families and will draft a fuller report in December. Data sources included the Youth Risk Behavior Survey, Kids Count, Board of Education data and local stakeholder interviews.
