Casey Kister, with Meritage Homes, said the company is the applicant for a proposed residential development at 5683 Cane Ridge Road and described the project as "What we're proposing is a, residential development, of 68 townhome units, some green space, kind of a small community park." Kister said this was the third community meeting on the plan, that the project passed planning commission and would move toward city council review.
