The Keene Planning Board voted to grant final approval for PB-2025-20, a major site plan for a solar array at 0 Rose Lane (the former city wastewater treatment plant site). Staff reported that five conditions of approval had been satisfied, including owner-signed final plans, submission of required plan sets, a wetland scientist-stamped conditions plan, security for sediment-and-erosion-control costs, revegetation commitments and as-built plans, and an approved alteration-of-terrain permit number.
