DPW to pilot Brightly asset-management system; sewer and generator issues noted

Public services superintendent Tim reported that the department is piloting Brightly for water and sewer asset management, moving from paper to tablets for rounds, and monitoring older lift-station generators. He said crews cleared debris from a sanitary manhole and contractors will finish milling and paving Alpine and nearby alleys this week.
