The court approved a contract amendment for the SH 142 West project that permits American StructurePoint to add Transcend Engineering as a subconsultant. Staff said the previous traffic data used in the Western Caldwell County Transportation Study is dated and the project team needs updated turning movement counts at key intersections to support TxDOT submittals.
