The board discussed representation on the Scotts Bluff Drain Maintenance Committee and how the drain corridor splits representation between northern and southern districts. The Chair (speaker 2) described the drain path and explained that he and another commissioner divide coverage of the drain, noting, “That Scottsbluff drain is the 1 that goes up north and along the highway, then it comes down through there in behind with the old Scottsbluff landscaping.”
