Owner of Wild Roots event venue outlines infrastructure needs for development agreement

Jo Elliot, co-owner of Wild Roots, told the court she and her wife live on the property and are seeking a development agreement for a limited events venue that will host primarily weddings. She said most events are smaller than the venue's 200-person capacity and that the parcel currently has grass parking for roughly 100 vehicles and limited lodging in container homes and glamping tents.
