Jennifer Vanderlyn, director of Development Services, told the court Sept. 28 her office is in discussions with a property owner who intends to petition the county to amend the major thoroughfare plan to change an NTTA alignment. Vanderlyn said staff is awaiting feedback from NTTA and TxDOT on the request and is monitoring follow‑up with the property owner.
