Katy council approves multiple construction contracts and capital projects
Council approved a bundle of capital actions: sanitary sewer rehab to Bulge Construction LLC ($383,385 bid; $441,785 total), Snow Goose Trail Phase 1 (see separate article), 2026 paving and drainage improvements to Triple A Asphalt Paving ($496,017.50 bid; $592,927.50 total) and authorized other interlocal agreements and MUD bond issuance.
