Council authorizes manager to finalize deals for 'Project Twist' and 'Project Texas Heat'
After executive session the council voted to approve two projects discussed in closed session and authorized the city manager to negotiate and execute agreements consistent with terms presented.

Mayor Josh Bridal told the council there was action to report from executive session and recognized Mayor Pro Tem to make a motion. "I move that the city council approved project twist and project Texas heat as discussed in executive session and authorize the city manager negotiate and execute agreements consistent with the terms presented," the Mayor Pro Tem said. The motion was seconded and the mayor announced the motion passed.
