Mr. Spriggs briefed the commission on a separate work session about proposed amendments to the Angleton Building Code, Zoning and Land Development Code as part of the comprehensive-plan update funded in part by a GLO contract. He said staff is comparing current local codes to recent editions of the International Building Code and working with consultants (BBG) and insurance/ISO raters to identify an appropriate update level.
