Rec center renovations continue; pool opening delayed by decking issues

Staff said multiple rec-center renovations are underway, including pool and spa plaster, slide refinishing, play-feature installation and deck/stair resurfacing. She said the play feature is "really 99% done," the slide rehab is about 60% complete, but decking issues discovered during work will likely push the pool-opening date past the planned spring-break target.
