City staff presented two grant-funded proposals from Landmark Aquatic: roughly $61,704 for decking slope corrections and drainage improvements and about $99,090 for an ADA lift replacement at the Anderson Recreation Center pool. Staff explained a state accessibility review found deck slopes exceeded the 2% standard near locker-room access points; the decking work will create compliant paths of travel and the lift replacement will ensure two points of access to the pool as required by ADA rules.
