Remington Addison Plaza PD amendment would allow dental office, staff says

Staff described a proposed amendment to the Remington Addison Plaza Planned Development to modify permitted uses and development standards to allow medical uses, with the applicant specifically seeking space for a dental office. Lesley Nye said staff also identified a handful of minor updates to an older PD ordinance (from the 1980s) that would help the center conform to the Unified Development Code.
