The Planning and Zoning Commission’s chair announced an executive session at the start of the July 21 work session to get legal advice on the Addison Green planned development rezoning. The chair cited the Texas Open Meetings Act and said the body would consult privately with counsel regarding case 1953 Addison Green PD and that “no final action, decision or vote will be taken while in the executive session.”
