Staff presented a rezoning/planned development for a mixed‑use project that includes condominium townhomes, five live‑work units, about 3,000 sq ft of office space and a privately owned pocket park. Staff said the proposal differs from an earlier August 2025 submittal that had been all‑multifamily.
