Water Tower Theater requested $440,000 in operating support for Season 31 and framed the ask around sustaining productions, paid jobs and regional audience draw. JC Shuster told the committee the request covers productions, operations and long-term sustainability and emphasized the theater's role as the Addison resident company producing Main Stage work: "Our request is for $440,000 for season 31." He said the theater staffed 130 paid employees last year and that audience spending returns dollars to Addison businesses.
