The Community Partnership Committee heard a staff overview of the town's nonprofit funding program for fiscal year 2027, the application timeline and the committee's role in recommendations to the full city council. Sarah Kichler, chief of staff, told the committee the application window ran from April 17 to May 22 and that performing-arts applicants would present at this session while local service organizations will present on July 9.
