Staff outlines Front Street Small Area Plan with trail link to Unity Park
Town staff presented the Front Street Small Area Plan prepared by ValleyQuest Design: a pedestrian and trail-focused small-area plan that realigns Old Justin and Crawford roads, proposes mixed-use buildings, a soccer field, a historic depot relocation and a bridge/trail connection across the floodplain to Unity Park.

Harrison, a town staff member, presented the Front Street Small Area Plan funded by the Municipal Development District and prepared by ValleyQuest Design. The plan proposes re-aligning Old Justin Road to a signalized intersection with Rusk, realigning Crawford Road, two mixed-use buildings (each illustrated at roughly 10,000 square feet total), parking reorientation, and a trail connection across a Grand Branch floodplain to Unity Park.
