The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a second 30‑day extension for the Innovation Center replat (Case SUBR2000) after staff reported the applicant requested additional time to address outstanding comments. Corey Backus, assistant director for development services, said the extension would place the item on the September Planning & Zoning agenda if granted.
