The Town of Addison Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Board of Directors voted to recommend approval of the final project and financing plan for Addison TIRZ No. 1, a district the board identified to support the Addison Junction transit‑oriented development. Wayne Emerson, director of economic development, presented the plan and recommended the board send the ordinance to Town Council for adoption.
