Council reappoints mayor as RTC representative under cluster arrangement
Council approved reappointment of Addison's representative to the North Central Texas Council of Governments' Regional Transportation Council as part of the cluster arrangement with Richardson; terms run two years and follow RTC bylaws.

Valencia Garcia, the town secretary, briefed council on item 5B on June 23: Addison and Richardson are designated as cluster cities that share one Regional Transportation Council (RTC) seat under the North Central Texas Council of Governments. The seat and alternate are appointed for two-year terms. "Per the RTC's bylaws and operating procedures, Addison and Richardson are designated as cluster cities and as such, they share one member seat based on the population of both municipalities," Garcia said.
