During review of the Sep. 24 voucher run the committee questioned a Circuit Court entry labeled 'Adrian Center for the Arts Recovery Court.' A member asked whether it was a program sending people to arts programming. Administrator Murphy responded, "This is the SAMHSA grant that covers this."
