Corey Beck presented a rezoning request to change a 0.56‑acre property at 3810 Beltline Road from a plan development to the Commercial Limited base district to accommodate a Roadrunners Coffee drive‑thru at the former Salad and Go location. Staff explained the request was driven largely by parking ratio differences: the existing PD required more spaces under its legacy standard while the Commercial Limited district's restaurant ratio would reduce the required parking (staff said the proposed site plan shows 11 spaces and is consistent with the UDC ratio of 1 per 100 ft²). Beck noted the proposal includes two ordering lanes that merge to a single pickup lane.
