The commission granted a 30‑day extension for a replat application for the Innovation Center (12.2222 acres at Addison Road & Excel Parkway) after staff reported the plat is not yet in compliance and 12 notices were sent with no resident input.

Corey Beck, assistant director of development services, presented a replat request for the Innovation Center, explaining the applicant proposed splitting the property into two lots but the plat is "not in compliance, just yet" and the applicant requested additional time. Beck said staff noticed the item for public hearing and that 12 notices were mailed to adjacent property owners with no responses.
