City staff presented the official ballot for the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool Board of Trustees (places 1–4) and explained each member jurisdiction is entitled to vote. Councilmember Mindel Morgan moved to accept the nominations listed in the packet and the council voted; the motion carried 3–0.
