During the public-comment portion, Alexander identified himself as a property owner on the island and asked whether the closing documents for the Wynn Park acquisition would be available for public review before the council signed them. He said seeing the documents would clarify that the "end of the hunt" — that the purchase was final — and asked to view the closing documents "in writing if possible or online."
