Laurie presented the final plat for Rock Spring Reserve Subdivision, a 29.8‑acre, two‑lot development off State Highway 46 in Precinct 2. She said the plat lies in Zone A and Zone AE of the regulated floodplain, that Lot 2 is served by Springs Hill water and Lot 2 presently uses septic while being within the GVRA CCN for future service, and that TxDOT provided a letter of concurrence for ingress and egress.
