Council approved the Dec. 9 minutes, placed the December Treasurer’s report on file, approved delinquent utilities of $877.22 and approved claims totaling $150,312.03; an Employee Appreciation Dinner was scheduled for Jan. 18, 2025.

At its Jan. 6 meeting the Mayor and Council handled routine business items including approval of past minutes, receipt of departmental minutes, approval of delinquent utilities and payment of claims. "Moved by Seger, seconded by Osborne to approve the minutes of the December 9 [th] meeting," the minutes record; the motion carried by roll call.
