On Jan. 6 the Atkinson Mayor and Council amended the Rodeo Grounds lease for the High School Rodeo Association to raise liability insurance requirements. "Moved by Asher, seconded by Seger to amend the Rodeo Grounds Lease for the High School Rodeo Association to reflect a $1 million per person and $2 million aggregate for a three-day time period in May," the minutes state; the motion carried.
