At its Oct. 7 meeting the Atkinson City Council approved Payment Application #1 for $329,059.00 for the Atkinson Water Main Improvement Project; the payment package includes Change Order #1, a deductive adjustment in quantities totaling $88,341.00. The motion was moved by Helen Olson, seconded by Chuck Asher, and passed by roll call.
