The Board recorded a withdrawal of the Switalski No. 26-05 bulk-area variance application for 47 Hopi Trail after the applicant's attorney notified Board staff that the applicant decided to withdraw. Secretary Stephanie McCormack relayed the attorney's notice and Board Attorney Glenn Kienz asked for motions to withdraw without prejudice; Chairman Williams moved to withdraw and Mr. Deutsch seconded. The motion carried with all voting in favor.
