Board accepts Scatterfield Commons secondary plat for two hotels; developer to add sidewalks

City planning staff presented a secondary plat covering Scatterfield Commons Lots 2 and 3 on the north side of E. 64th Street and asked the board to accept the final plat and associated dedications. "These 2 lots contain 5.2 acres and are both Zone B 4," the planning staff member said. "The 2 lots are for 2 new 4 story 92 unit hotels. That's the True Hotel, which has already been built, and the 2nd, which is Avid Hotel, which is to be built in the future. True Hotel located on Lot 2 has been in operation since September 2024."
