Public Works Director Rob Brandes presented an amendment to the intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the Oregon Department of Transportation for the full reconstruction of the Althouse Creek Bridge. He told the Board that "the project is a full bridge reconstruction funded primarily through the state bridge program, with approximately $2.7 million awarded and a County match of 10.27%, or approximately $313,000." The amendment transfers right-of-way and land acquisition responsibilities to ODOT so the work can proceed under state procurement and acquisition rules.
