Trustee Doug Warner moved to approve Resolution #2 of 2026 to share assessing and tax information with Charlevoix County for a new property information and parcel map website. During discussion trustees raised concerns about liability tied to an indemnity clause in the county agreement. Supervisor Ben Freds said he would "confer with the Township Attorney and will table until next meeting," and the board did not adopt the resolution at this meeting.
