Committee members Carsten and Chip told the August meeting they met with Eversource about pole replacements scheduled for 2027 and conveyed an abutter's concern about off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRVs) coming onto private property from town-owned land. They discussed the idea of installing a gate on town property to limit OHRV access to the abutter's land but said negotiations with the abutter and utility "haven't gone great," so the matter is tabled for now.
