Mayor John Adler described Pipeline Road as a critical East–West connector to relieve traffic on Roberts Drive tied to homebuilding at Ten Trails. He said the developer agreed to a schedule that begins construction within 30 days after final approvals and to finish within 18 months. "the developer is committed to once we have all the approvals and permits and everything done, they will begin construction within 30 days and then complete construction within 18 months."
