Pocono Township approves Phase 2 CoStream quote
The board approved a Phase 2 CoStream quote referenced in T&M's Feb. 18, 2026 letter and authorized proceeding with the work; the motion was made by Matt Long, seconded by Mike Velardi, and carried unanimously.

At the April 6 meeting Pocono Township authorized moving forward with Phase 2 of the CoStream project based on T&M's letter dated Feb. 18, 2026. Matt Long moved to approve the Phase 2 CoStream quote at 6:41 p.m.; Mike Velardi seconded and the motion passed with an "All in favor" vote.
