Mayor Skip Blackstone briefed the council on the status of several grant-funded infrastructure projects, saying the city is advancing work on dams and roads under multiple grants. "Bids opened Feb. 3, 2025 with seven bids received," the minutes state for the Lake Camelot Dam; LJA Engineering has recommended follow-up with the low bidder and city staff are reviewing that recommendation.
