Board amends Creekside business park assignment agreement to fix closing date
The board approved Resolution 26-726 to amend by substitution a prior assignment and assumption agreement related to the Creekside business park after staff discovered an incorrect closing date in the previously approved document; general counsel said the amendment provides flexibility for immaterial changes.

General counsel Eric Hostetler told the board that an assignment and assumption agreement approved earlier contained an incorrect closing date for the Creekside business park transaction. Rather than making a narrow date correction, Hostetler recommended amending the resolution by substitution to provide flexibility for immaterial changes to the final draft.
