Commissioners reorganized the application checklist for conditional use permits related to data centers. The list will require a narrative describing facility capacity and water/electric needs, a site plan drawn to scale, a map of the project area showing residences and institutions within 1 mile, utility verifications, preconstruction sound modeling, road‑use approvals, an emergency response plan, a waste-stream management plan and a decommissioning plan.
