Commission adopts administrative-rule changes after unanimous vote
The Iowa College Student Aid Commission unanimously approved a package of administrative rule rescissions and adoptions, rescinding chapters 25, 32, 35 and 36 and rescinding/adopting chapters 24, 27 and 31, following a motion by Commissioner Doug Shull and a second by Commissioner Tim Fitzgibbon.

The Iowa College Student Aid Commission voted unanimously on Jan. 10, 2025, to adopt a set of administrative-rule changes at its meeting in Des Moines. Section Chief Todd Brown introduced the rules for notice and adoption; Commissioner Doug Shull moved the motion, Commissioner Tim Fitzgibbon seconded, and the motion passed without opposition.
