The Minburn City Council approved a Length of Service Award Program (LOSAP) for the Minburn Fire Department during a special meeting Feb. 16, 2026, called to order at 6:01 p.m. Mayor Joe Stuetelberg presided. Councilmember Megan Cline moved to approve the program and Councilmember Andrew McGuire seconded; the motion carried.
