The Village of Wind Point Board approved a conditional terms sheet Feb. 24 that allows a lease of village-owned land west of the Wind Point Lighthouse to support a proposed redevelopment of Shoop Park into a golf facility. Trustee Loppnow moved approval and Trustee Beighley seconded; the motion carried on a 7-0 roll call.
