Resident presents petition asking Wind Point to restore monthly branch collection

Doug Shaw, a Wind Point resident, told the village board he is speaking on behalf of a group of about 120 residents who signed a petition asking the village to restore monthly branch collection after a recent reduction to every-other-month service. "Branch collection is an important quality of life service that we pay for and a service which helps maintain clean and attractive properties in the village," Shaw said and submitted a petition, cover letter and supporting documents for the board's consideration.
