The board moved into closed session at 5:45 p.m. under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance-evaluation data regarding the Village Administrator position. The roll call recorded ayes from President Alison McCulloch and all trustees present.
