The Parks, Recreation, Lighthouse and Facilities Committee recommended updating Wind Point's comprehensive outdoor recreation plan, a document required to qualify for state and federal parks-and-recreation grant programs. Committee members said the village's previous plan expired in June 2023 and that an update will be necessary for future grant applications.
